1 jar natural peanut butter (15 oz)
½ – 1 jar (I go with less) honey
1 T vanilla powder
2 scoops vanilla Complete Protein
2 cups oatmeal (I often grind mine into a powder when Harrison will be eating them because he doesn’t like the chunks)
1 tsp salt (if your peanut butter needs a little salt)
